Entanglement

Entanglement

(Uwikłanie)

What must happen to change an average person into a murderer? Is it possible to kill somebody in a half-hypnotic trance and not remember it the next day? If there is a victim, there must be a perpetrator.
In a screen version of bestseller detective novel by Zygmunt Miłoszewski, cynical detective Smolar (Marek Bukowski) and persistent prosecutor Agata Szacka (Maja Ostaszewska) chase the sneaky murderer. This pair is highly explosive not only due to their temperament nature, but also because of their love affair in the past. Prosecutor Szacka conducting the most difficult investigation in her career gradually discovers facts that no one expected to be true. Is it possible that mysteries, safely concealed for so many years, come to light by accident? Or maybe someone is skillfully controlling them? Who took over the files from Department D that contained discreditable secrets of prominent people?

New thriller directed by Jacek Bromski keeps the audience in suspense until the very last scene. It turns out the information is more powerful than weapon, and knowing the people's weaknesses - the best life insurance policy.
