Sławomir Ciok

After completing his journalistic, PR and marketing studies at Warsaw University, Mr. Ciok started working for Telewizja Polska. Working for TVP 1 – the largest Polish Television channel – he covered social issues. Then he joined satellite TVP Polonia that gave him many opportunities to discover how Polish communities live abroad. The dramatic experience of Pope John Paul’s death opened a new chapter in his professional life. He wrote a script and directed a documentary about this unique moment in Polish history.
